If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. (Please note: For the most part we offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous states.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

We will accept returns for any products based on the following conditions. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. To obtain an RA number, please contact us at email@example.com
Damaged or Defective Products
Damaged or defective products can be returned within 30 days of shipment for exchange or full refund. Replacement for defective product will be shipped at our expense. In the case of refunds, if the entire order is refunded, shipping charges will also be refunded, provided the defective product is returned to us.
Returns for Other Reasons
Unopened products in salable condition can be returned within 30 days of shipment for any reason subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges for these products will not be refunded.
